Emily Dickinson na moldura de um luxo moderno que a Poetisa nunca poderia imaginar…
Sunset over the clouds in Holland ©2014 luciledegodoy.com
While flying back home (Holland) from home (Brazil)… I made this photo through the glass window.
This back and forth journey is made of both joy and longing – balancing each other out, though – so no sadness inhabits my heart. As I looked outside, I thought of this poem of Emily Dickinson.
“There is another sky,
Ever serene and fair,
And there is another sunshine,
Though it be darkness there;
Never mind faded forests, Austin,
Never mind silent fields –
Here is a little forest,
Whose leaf is ever green;
Here is a brighter garden,
Where not a frost has been;
In its unfading flowers
I hear the bright bee hum:
Prithee, my brother,
Into my garden come!”
